These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the GoalGo mobile application (the "Application") published by Palapa Sp. z o.o. (the "Company", "we"), Młynarska 42/115, 01-171 Warsaw, Poland. By downloading, accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Application you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement referenced below. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
2. Licence and Apple's standard EULA
The Application is licensed, not sold, to you for use on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. Your licence is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (standard EULA). Where these Terms and the standard EULA conflict, the standard EULA prevails with respect to the licence, and these Terms govern everything else. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the Application or its content.
3. Use of the Application
The Application is intended for personal use to set goals and track habits. You may not use it for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, attempt to reverse engineer it except as permitted by law, interfere with its operation or with Apple's services, or resell access to it. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for any backups you export.
4. GoalGo Premium subscription
- Plans and prices. GoalGo Premium is an auto-renewing subscription available monthly ($4.99) or annually ($19.99). Prices are in US dollars, may vary by region, and are shown in the App before purchase.
- Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Premium until then.
- Free trials. If an introductory offer or free trial is available, its terms and length are shown on the purchase screen. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds. Purchases are made through Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- What Premium includes. Unlimited active goals and habits, iCloud sync, and every Premium feature we add in the future while your subscription is active. We may change the Premium feature set; we will not remove core functionality you paid for during an active period without notice.
- Restoring. Use Settings → Membership → Restore purchases to restore Premium on a new device signed into the same Apple Account.
5. Free plan
The free plan currently includes 2 active goals and 4 active habits together with Momentum, all home screen widgets, reminders, streaks, history, templates and backups. Free plan limits may change in future versions; data you have already created is never deleted because a limit changes.
6. Your data
Content you create in the Application belongs to you and is stored on your device (and, if you enable iCloud sync, in your own iCloud account). You are responsible for exporting and keeping backups. We do not have access to your content and cannot recover it for you if your device or iCloud data is lost.
7. Intellectual property
The Application, its design, code, name, logo and all materials in it are the property of the Company and its licensors. You may not modify, reproduce or distribute any part of the Application without prior written permission, except for your own content and backups.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Application is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes what stays on your device, what leaves it and why.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data you did not back up. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law, including the statutory warranty rights under Polish and EU consumer law.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the Application after a change constitutes acceptance. Material changes to subscription terms will be communicated in the App or through the App Store.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live continue to apply. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
