GoalGo vs Productive: which goal tracker fits you?

Productive, by Mosaic S.r.l.: Routine-based habit tracker for iPhone and Android with challenges and location reminders. Below, the two apps feature by feature, where each one wins, and who should pick which. We make GoalGo; the table is built so you could reasonably choose Productive from it.

The short version

  • Productive organises habits into morning, afternoon and evening routines and adds community challenges and location reminders. It is a routine builder more than a goal tracker.
  • Pick Productive if your goals are really repeated routines, you want to join challenges, or you need Android today.
  • Pick GoalGo if you want the routines to add up to something measurable, a forgiving score, and no account.

Who should pick which

Two honest answers.

Pick Productive if…

You think in routines (morning, lunch, evening) rather than outcomes, you like the pull of a challenge with other people, or you are on Android and need something today.

Pick GoalGo if…

You want to see where the routine leads and be told whether you are ahead of pace. You want your data on your phone with no sign-in. You want a score that recovers instead of a streak that resets.

GoalGo's gaps, stated plainly: iPhone only today (Android coming soon, waitlist open), no Apple Watch app, no Mac or web version, no Apple Health integration, English only, and a free plan capped at 2 goals and 4 habits.

FAQ

GoalGo vs Productive, in questions.

Is Productive free?

Productive has a free plan with a limited number of habit slots. Premium is $10.99/month on the US App Store, with yearly options listed from $19.99 to $79.99 and a one-week trial advertised. GoalGo is free for 2 goals and 4 habits, Premium $4.99/month or $19.99/year.

Is Productive on Android?

Yes, Productive is available on Google Play. GoalGo is iPhone-only today; Android is coming soon and you can join the waitlist.

Does Productive track long-term goals?

Productive attaches goals to individual habits (times per week, an amount per day). It does not have a separate long-term goal with a deadline, checklist or quit counter.

What is Momentum?

Momentum is a single 0–100 score of how you're really doing right now. Every completed habit, logged progress or finished goal adds to it, and each contribution fades out gradually over days or weeks. Nothing is ever subtracted for a missed day, so a break is a dip rather than a reset.

Is GoalGo available on Android?

Not yet. GoalGo is on iPhone today and an Android version is coming soon. Join the waitlist on the download page and we'll send one email when it ships.
